About My Clients
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of trying to manage everything on their own. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing trauma or difficult past experiences, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, or depression. These challenges may be affecting school, work, relationships, or everyday life. Together, we work toward understanding what you're experiencing, finding practical ways to cope, and helping you feel more like yourself again.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with experience working with children, teens, and adults since 2020. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, grief, and depression. My training includes trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, CBT, ACT, and DBT-informed approaches. I don’t believe therapy should look the same for everyone, so I tailor treatment to your needs, goals, and experiences. Whether we are processing difficult experiences, managing anxiety or ADHD, working through grief, or building healthier ways to cope, my goal is to provide practical tools and meaningful support that you can carry into everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when people feel respected, heard, and comfortable being themselves. I value compassion, honesty, personal responsibility, and treating each person as an individual rather than a diagnosis. My role is not to judge or tell you how you should live your life, but to understand your experiences, help you identify what matters to you, and support you as you work toward meaningful change. I welcome clients from different backgrounds, beliefs, identities, and life experiences, and strive to provide a space where you can talk openly about what matters to you.
