About My Clients
I help clients with ADHD, trauma, anxiety and life's transitions by creating a supportive space where we build skills, uncover strengths, and heal past wounds. Together, we work toward better focus, emotional balance, and healthier coping—so you can feel more confident and in control of your life. You don’t have to face things alone. If you’re dealing with overwhelm, racing thoughts, sensory sensitivity, shutdowns, past trauma, or substance use to cope, I’m here to help.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), I am providing therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and adults. I believe in meeting each client where they are with compassion, respect, and trauma-informed lens. I incorporate evidence-based treatments including EMDR, DBT, and CBT. I specialize in helping clients navigate the effects of trauma, ADHD, and anxiety. Together, we will work to foster resilience, healing, and positive change in your life. I offer in person services in Hendersonville, NC area and telehealth services throughout the state of North Carolina.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a powerful space for healing, growth, and reclaiming your voice. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming environment for all clients, regardless of background, identity, or lived experience. I value authenticity, empathy, and equity—both in and out of the therapy room. I work to stay informed and engaged on issues that impact marginalized communities and recognize the importance of cultural humility in mental health care. I also support organizations focused on trauma recovery, suicide prevention, and youth mental health. Outside of therapy, I enjoy being in nature and finding balance through mindfulness and creativity. I bring these same values of compassion and connection into my clinical work, honoring each person’s unique story and resilience.
