About My Clients
I provide both counseling and psychological testing to teens and adults. Both services will explore current difficulties in your daily functioning, impact of life events, personality traits, and how your behavior may be influenced by the environment around you. I focus on ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Mood disorders, and ASD for counseling and testing.
My Background and Approach
My background involves psychological testing and counseling with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field involving work in the hospital setting, in-home family treatment, and with acute/long-term brain injury rehabilitation. Most of my work has focused on understanding the behavior of people in order to provide current supports and a direction moving forward. My goal is to best understand how your current system works, reasons why current behaviors exist, and to provide insight into potential treatment methods to make your life easier and more enjoyable.
