About My Clients
While I work with every age from preschool to the elderly, I typically work with adults who are facing a challenge that has made life difficult to manage. Are you seeking someone who understands suffering? Whether recent loss, painful trauma or a moment of deep personal crisis, you seek someone who has been there and understands what it takes to stand up again.
My Background and Approach
I began my career as a hypnotherapist and business consultant. I completed a degree in marketing then went on to study psychology in graduate school. But it wasn't until the loss of both of my children that I was faced with my greatest experience of deep pain and loss. Through this experience I rediscovered who I am and made a plan to live in a way that honors life and those I love. The next year I began my career as a licensed professional counselor and have spent the last ten years learning what it takes to help anyone put their life together and move forward with purpose and dignity. I work with anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and behavior management. I accept clients for career, personal and business coaching as well as clinical supervision. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment, Dialectical Behavior Therapy DBT, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, Brain-based, NLP, Motivational Interviewing, Business and Career Coaching & Positive Psychology to get you to a place of growth and fulfillment.
