My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that a good therapeutic fit is important, and I place a high value on the client experience. I have the sincere desire to help others grow, and walk through fears and anxiety that might be holding them back. Humans are amazingly adaptable and resilient, but sometimes we need support and connection from someone who can help us tap into our internal desires and motivations to promote change and make improvements our lives.
