My main experience includes working with individuals on the autism spectrum. I have also extensive experience with issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders and others. I value the variety of cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds and strive to have a diverse clientele.
My Background and Approach
I use a holistic approach in therapy and strive to incorporate healthy lifestyle skills. I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and a solution focused approach when appropriate. I offer a collaborative, client centered approach and value listening to my client’s needs to maintain a strong therapeutic relationship.
