Whether your personal goals in therapy are to address recurring patterns in relationships, to adjust to new life-transitions, process addiction and recovery, or to find a safe place to process underlying burdens of shame, guilt, or trauma, my goal is to collaborate with you in a way where you can feel free to come as you are.
My Background and Approach
At your pace, we will come to mutual understanding of your presenting concerns, identify your strengths and resiliencies, and develop effective strategies to use as we explore how thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences influence you and your relationship to the people and things you love. For nearly a decade I have used a compassionately direct approach, with sprinkles of humor, exploration, and mindfulness to sit with clients on their path to identifying challenges, barriers, and narratives that stand between themselves and reconnecting to a sense of meaning, purpose, and freedom in their lives. I believe effective therapy cannot exist in a “one size fits all” type approach and I believe you have reached this place in time for your own beautiful reason. Let’s be curious about that, together.
