About My Clients
Today, I specialize in two areas: marriage counseling and adults with anxiety. In these two areas, I help my clients process what's been going on with them, empathize with them in their struggle, and together we can make a plan for how you can move forward towards the life that you want. It isn't easy work, but I'm there to support you every step of the way.
My Background and Approach
When I was fifteen years old, I knew that I wanted to help people navigate the hardest parts of their lives. I really care about people, and I've always had a knack for understanding the ins and outs of how we think and feel. But, when I really get down to it, I'm a therapist because I don't want anyone to settle for a life they don't enjoy, or hear them say "Well, that's just how it is, and there's nothing I can do about it" because there is something you can do.
