About My Clients
My clients are capable, thoughtful professionals who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and people-pleasing. Their nervous system often runs tense or on edge, even when nothing is “wrong.” They may feel unsure of their identity, boundaries, or needs. They want to feel more settled in their body, clearer in decisions, and less reactive to work and relationship pressure — and more steady in themselves.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with high-performing professionals who struggle with high-functioning anxiety and overthinking. Our work focuses on helping you understand how your nervous system has adapted to pressure, responsibility, and achievement. Instead of just analyzing thoughts, we work directly with the patterns in your body that keep you tense, vigilant, and mentally looping. Using mindfulness-based and somatic approaches, I help you slow down, recognize stress responses in real time, and build regulation skills that create genuine steadiness. As your nervous system becomes more balanced, the mental noise quiets. Decisions feel clearer. Boundaries feel more possible. You begin responding from grounded self-trust rather than internal pressure. My style is thoughtful, direct, and steady. Therapy with me isn’t about venting endlessly. It’s about building practical inner stability that lasts.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We are divine beings navigating the human experience. We live in the paradox of being immortal consciousness while inhabiting a physical form. Who we truly are transcends the body—we are the soul, the essence that exists before, through, and beyond this life. Therapy helps process and integrate experiences that tether us to ego-identification—when our worth is tied to status, money, or societal roles. This external validation is fleeting, subject to gain and loss. Yet, there is another way of knowing our worth—one that is not conditioned by circumstance but rooted in awareness of our true nature. By connecting with our inner selves, we recognize an inherent worthiness that does not depend on external measures. This is not just a belief but a shift in consciousness—a realization of our essential self beyond conditioning, beyond limitation.
