About My Clients
I usually work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about what to do next. Some are dealing with anxiety or depression, others are struggling with focus, stress, or habits they want to change. A lot of my clients just want someone who will listen without judging and help them make sense of what they’re going through. I try to keep things real and practical, so together we can find ways to handle things better in daily life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in New York, and I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and substance use. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, and ERP, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method I try to understand what works best for each person. In sessions, I focus on helping clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We work together to build practical tools that can help in everyday life, whether that’s managing stress, understanding emotions, or making positive changes.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel like a safe and judgment-free space where people can be themselves. Everyone’s experience is different, and I try to meet clients where they are, with empathy and respect.
