About My Clients
I enjoy working with kids, teens, couples, and families. I have experience in severe mental health issues, personality disorders, infidelity, spiritual and complex trauma. Clients succeed when they are committed to working on improving their lives in and out of session. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and helping you claim your joy, love, and power!
My Background and Approach
I have 15 years experience in mental health and have worked with a variety of individuals. I aspire to create a safe environment for my clients and families and allow you to go on a journey of discovery. Together we will explore your life's most challenging matters and heal the wounds that impact your life. I am trained to work with individuals, couples, families, groups, children, and adolescents. I can help with many issues including: anxiety, depression, parenting struggles, ADHD, trauma, relational abuse, substance abuse, behavior problems, grief, communication difficulties, marriage difficulties, and more. I also offer premarital counseling. The decision to see a counselor or therapist is often a difficult one. You may have many questions and feel concerned that you may not find the right fit. I will work hard to meet you with kindness, warmth, and empathy and help you to discern quickly if I am the best fit for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am deeply spiritual and identify as a Unionist. I have a long history as a Christian and can apply biblical principles to your treatment at your request. I am comfortable working with clients from all worldviews, faiths, and orientations. I am an advocate of all things love which of course includes equal rights for all and the freedom to pursue liberty and happiness. I am very passionate about helping people from all walks of life create the life of their dreams. Only Love is real and Love never fails!
