About My Clients
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience in the education field, including extensive work with children with disabilities. That work shaped the way I show up today: with patience, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s story. My clinical work now focuses primarily on children, teens, and adults, supporting those who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, identity concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and trauma-informed. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I believe therapy is not about fixing you, but about helping you reconnect with your strengths, values, and inner resilience at your own pace.
