My Background and Approach
As a South Asian, Indian American woman, I know what this journey entails. Together with gentleness, we will support you to heal, set healthy boundaries, speak your truth, and reconnect to your mind, body & spirit through trauma informed therapy, decolonized cultural practices, and art & dance movement therapies. So that you CAN liberate yourself from cultural trauma, sex trauma, religious trauma, toxic partners, depression, anxiety, & stress.
