I see therapy as a collaborative process and invite clients to take an active role in their treatment. I focus on managing symptoms, facilitating empowerment, and building confidence as well as teaching the tools necessary to allow clients to be their personal best and create an overall sense of well-being.

My integrated approach brings clarity, direction, and positive support for my clients. I help clients live their best lives by filling the gaps between where they are now and where they want to be. I do this by identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and embracing accountability.
