My Background and Approach
I help clients gain a better understanding of their reality and the strengths they hold to overcome life's obstacles through collaborative sessions, with the client as the expert in their life. At the same time, I serve as a guide, providing clinical mental health guidance. Once we have a grounded understanding of your personal strengths, you will be introduced to tools that will complement your strengths, challenge irrational thoughts, increase mindfulness, and assist you in gaining control over the areas of your life that are causing you distress.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone says it takes a village to raise a child, and I believe the same can be said for adults. Life can be challenging, and having a supportive village can help when life gets tough. As a member of your village, my goal is to support you when life gets the better of you, introduce you to tools that you can use to face your obstacles, and provide a sense of comfort in each session.
