My Background and Approach
Using EMDR, integrative parts work, Heartmath, energy healing, and sound/frequency therapy I can help you remember your aligned self. Who you came to this world to be! I have devoted my life to helping others heal. I believe by teaching you the tools you can become your own healer. Turn your pain into your medicine so you can live the life you are meant to live. You will learn to connect with the power you already have within but may have lost connection with or forgotten. However, it is still there just waiting to be unearthed and reignited!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a pagan priestess, author, teacher, and healer. I integrate these foundational beliefs into my practice. You do not have to be pagan to work with me. However, for those that are, I have been told it is much more powerful to work with someone who is aligned with a similar belief system. I offer a safe space for people who are "outside the norm" whether that be spiritual beliefs, gender identity, open relationships/kink lifestyle, body positivity, neurodivergence, or you simply don't buy into the mass cultural beliefs as a whole. I, myself have struggled and overcome severe drug addiction, abusive relationships, reclaiming my inner power, poverty, and being a single parent.
