After graduate school I began working in a Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient Program where I provided both individual and group therapy to teens and adults struggling with mental health and substance abuse disorders. My clinical experience has been working with individuals, couples and families struggling with many diverse issues & challenges related to substance abuse/addiction, ADHD, autism, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, trauma, gender dysphoria, stress/anger management, work/school stress, relationship conflict/poor communication skills, grief/loss, self-injurious behaviors, identity exploration, low self-esteem and/or life changes.
