About My Clients

These are individuals seeking deep healing from trauma, attachment wounds, or relationship challenges. They value authenticity, are open to self-reflection, and desire a safe, compassionate space to explore their inner world. They may feel stuck in old patterns but are ready to grow, reconnect with themselves, and build healthier boundaries. They appreciate a holistic, IFS-informed approach that honors their story and empowers lasting change.

My Background and Approach

I am a Trauma-Focused, IFS-Informed, and NARM-Trained Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for walking alongside clients in their healing journey. Drawing from Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and relational approaches, I help clients gently explore the parts of themselves shaped by trauma, grief, or attachment wounds. My style is warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental, creating safety for deep emotional work. I view each person as inherently whole, guiding them to reconnect with their authentic self, shift entrenched patterns, and build healthier boundaries. I integrate psychoeducation with experiential practices to foster both insight and felt safety, helping clients not only understand their struggles but also embody new ways of being. My approach is collaborative, honoring each client’s pace while encouraging self-compassion, resilience, and empowered living.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person holds an innate capacity for healing, growth, and connection, no matter how deep their wounds. Trauma may shape how we see ourselves and the world, but it does not define our worth. I see therapy as a collaborative journey—one where safety, trust, and compassion create the foundation for change. I believe in honoring the whole person: mind, body, and spirit, and I value the integration of science with soul. I hold that our protective parts, even the ones we may not like, developed for a reason and deserve curiosity, not shame. I believe boundaries are acts of love—for ourselves and for others—and that authentic relationships grow from mutual respect and understanding. My faith informs my sense of hope, grace, and purpose, but I deeply respect and honor all beliefs. Ultimately, I believe healing is not about “fixing” what’s broken, but uncovering the wholeness that has been there all along.
