My speciality is working with individuals who seek not only healing and balance but also richer meaning in their lives, and who might identify as change makers, healers, artists, nature lovers, or spiritual practitioners. I welcome people of all ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations. I am a body-positive, sex-positive, poly-friendly, and kink-aware therapist who honors your individuality and uniqueness.
My Background and Approach

You may want to heal old trauma, change negative thought patterns, and break free of self-doubt. Or you may be feeling ready for deeper personal and spiritual growth. I support clients with these and many other issues in a warm, nurturing, non-judgmental way, informed by many years of experience. I customize the way I work to fit you, with practical, evidence-based, and depth-oriented approaches including: IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, Mindfulness, Somatic Psychotherapy, CBT, Expressive Arts & Movement, Transpersonal & Depth Therapy, and Ecotherapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a strong commitment to my constant growth as a therapist and a human being. I see the essence of my personal path and my work in psychotherapy as understanding not-seperateness on all levels – welcoming all parts of our psyches, finding relational & socio-political healing, finding the truth of not-seperateness spiritually, and ecologically coming back home to our belonging as part of the natural world. As a white, cis-gendered woman, a vital part of my path is a commitment to continually challenging my own conceptions and norms with anti-racist, de-colonizing, and anti-oppression perspectives, education, and dialogue.
