About My Clients
My clients are individuals and couples of all genders and sexual orientations who are seeking connection, pleasure, joy, and ease. They recognize the complexity of sexuality and value thoughtful, specialized support to help them explore sexual and emotional intimacy openly and without judgment.
My Background and Approach
I am an eclectic Certified Sex Therapist who draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic techniques, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, EMDR, and my coursework with the Institute for Sexuality Education and Enlightenment. I help survivors of trauma and their partners to “rewire” their relationship to sex, deepen their emotional connection, and develop compassionate, open-hearted communication skills. Having spent five years working and traveling throughout Central and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, I approach each client with curiosity, cultural humility, and respect. Although I only offer therapy in English, I speak Spanish and welcome bilingual Latinx/Hispanic clients.
