About My Clients
I work with older teens and adults who are overwhelmed with anxiety and depression, and managing their lives. I help those who need to learn how to put themselves first so they can show up in their lives for themselves and others. I am a member of PsyPact and provide telehealth to those in eligible states (https://psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap). Currently, there are 37 states who are now eligible. This number is growing.

I work collaboratively with you so we can understand your relationship patterns and behaviors and how they have or haven't fully served you. Together, we will unveil new effective ways for you to communicate and get your needs met, cope with stress, manage your mood and anxiety, and improve your relationships with yourself and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My practice is based in Erie, CO and I’m a PsyPact psychologist which means I’m able to see clients online from those states. See https://psypact.site-ym.com/page/psypactmap. My practice is focused on older adolescents and adults who struggle with relationships, disordered eating, body image, identity, depression, and anxiety. My background is working with college students (graduate and undergraduate), teens, and adults who struggle with stress, eating disorders and body image, life organization, executive functioning, and balancing the many roles of parenthood. I am a self-care champion and believe that comprehensive self-care is an essential component of health.
