My approach integrates relational-psychodynamic, mindfulness-informed cognitive behavioral, and mind–body principles. Together, we explore the deeper roots of your patterns while identifying the strategies and tools that feel most authentic and effective for you. Through reflection and practice, you’ll develop your own approaches to emotional regulation, stress reduction, and coping skills that arise from your strengths, values, and lived experience.

I believe therapy is about connecting insight with action, understanding where challenges come from while creating pathways toward balance and authenticity. I value helping clients establish healthy boundaries, cultivate acceptance, and develop a positive mindset through cognitive flexibility and self-compassion.
