About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, or big life transitions, I offer a warm, supportive space to sort through what’s going on and discover your next steps. My style is down to earth, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe you already have strengths + resources within you, and my role is to help you tap into them.
My Background and Approach
Together, we might use approaches like mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic (body-based) practices, or creative expression—always tailored. I’m especially passionate about helping clients explore identity, heal attachment wounds, manage stress, and process complex or past trauma. I also offer ways to weave in meditation, breathwork, or other holistic practices if that’s something you’re curious about. Ultimately, lifestyle, in my opinion, is a huge foundation we can work on together to create fertile ground for other changes in your life. I have a background as a yoga teacher and have also spent years working in small start ups solving healthcare problems with tech.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In my time outside of work, I can be spotted hiking with my rescue pup Lobo, planning my next trip with a girl friend, seeking out the best yoga studio and matcha, hosting a creative dinner party or going to the gym. I chose to become a therapist in part because of how supportive it was for me when I was a teen discovering so much about myself and in part because of how passionate I am about human nature and our ability to change.
