About My Clients
Life can be stressful and make us doubt things will change for the better; especially when dealing with difficult emotions and/or situations. In addition, living in today's busy world full of demands and distractions can make focusing on positive change challenging. Even with these realities a secure inner peace and grounded feeling is possible!
My Background and Approach
My background is helping individuals process and reprocess difficult emotions, life transitions (examples: adjusting to college, breakups, conflicts at school or work, divorce, employment changes, grief and loss, new life phases) with Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness. My approach is collaborative, and each individualized treatment plan is created with the client and other supportive health care professionals the client may want included.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that if someone is willing to invest in themselves, be open to truly process things as they are and seek out support, they have the potential to live a life filled with peace, purpose, mindfulness and joy!
