About My Clients

I enjoy working with clients who are ready, present, and excited to work together. I typically see adults of all ages navigating neurodivergent diagnoses, trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic illnesses, special needs, parenting issues, or deaf/hard of hearing. I am open to seeing clients as young as 12 if they join family sessions or require a provider with American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency.

My Background and Approach

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) Through collaborative and structured sessions, I guide clients in understanding the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, facilitating personal growth and improved overall well-being. Family Therapy Family Systems Therapy views the family as an interconnected system, where each member's behaviors and emotions influence and are influenced by the others. Solution Focused Brief Treatment SFBT is an evidenced-based form of psychotherapy that has been proven to help people create positive change in a short period of time.
