About My Clients
My client ages range from preteen to senior citizen but most are struggling from depression and/or anxiety. Whether it is from a chronic or serious illness, trauma, or a combination of what life has thrown at them they are interested in finding healing from depression; peace from anxiety while ultimately becoming a more resilient version of themselves.
My Background and Approach
I subscribe to CBT and ACT techniques- helping you fine tune tools and skills you already possess for sustainable outcomes. Having worked in healthcare for over 15 years, I'm particularly knowledgeable in helping those navigating mental health issues as a result of chronic or serious illness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a strong faith that encourages me through every facet of life however; many of us have faced adversity in religion. I volunteer in a myriad of ways throughout our community as I feel it is the best way to demonstrate faith. My hope is to incorporate your faith practice in our time together.
