For many years, my continuing education has focused on trauma informed care and treatment for PTSD. I have experience working with survivors of domestic abuse, those who have experienced family trauma, first responders, and those who have experienced vicarious trauma.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and have completed level 1 and level 2 of the Gottman Method certification. I have more than 12 years working with individuals and couples to present with relationship conflict and concerns.
I have a post graduate certificate in addiction treatment and have many years of experience providing individual, group and family services to those engaged in outpatient treatment. I also work with loved ones who are impacted by a significant other's drug or alcohol abuse.
