My Background and Approach
My clients know me to be open, supportive, honest, and non-judgmental. I enjoy providing a safe space for one to discover their authenticity while building their self-concept and overall happiness. I work from an integrated perspective u of person-centered, humanistic, and cognitive-based approaches to counseling in order to meet the individual needs and preferences for each client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about social and racial justice, as well as being an advocate for anti-prohibition of cannabis. I am equality-driven and I believe in the infinite uniqueness and value of every human life. I consider myself an ally to all protected classes & marginalized individuals.
