About My Clients
My clients are adults who often feel like their minds just won’t stop spinning. They’re the ones who lie awake at night replaying conversations, anticipating worst-case scenarios, or endlessly trying to “figure it all out.” They are overthinkers, people-pleasers, procrastinators and self-editors. Our work together helps explore the stories their minds have been telling them, and gently help to rewrite their narrative.
My Background and Approach
As a cognitive behavioral therapist, I explore the interplay between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. With that awareness, we work on challenging unhelpful thinking, shifting perspective, and building tools for emotional resilience. It’s not about “positive vibes only,” but about developing a more balanced, flexible way of thinking that leads to real change. CBT is a practical and effective approach that can help with a wide range of concerns—whether it’s anxiety, depression, navigating life transitions, or healing from past trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My clients are the experts of their own lives. You bring your lived experience, and I bring tools and perspective—we work together as partners in your healing. Therapy isn’t about labeling or fixing; it’s about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, tune in, and better understand yourself. Therapy offers an opportunity for growth, healing, and honest reflection. It’s a space to explore patterns that may no longer serve you and to build healthier, more empowering ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to the world around you. Change is always possible. Growth doesn’t have to be perfect or linear—what matters is that it’s yours. At the core of my work are values of authenticity, curiosity, and compassion. I approach therapy with deep respect for your story, your identity, and your goals. Together, we create a space where you can show up fully and take real steps towards lasting change.
