About My Clients
I welcome individuals ages 18 and up in my therapy practice. I utilize a variety of evidenced-based therapy techniques based on the needs of my individual Clients. I specialize in working with Autistic and other neurodivergent individuals as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am kink/BDSM/poly/non-monogamy friendly.
My Background and Approach
I use a variety of evidenced-based therapy techniques based on the needs of my individual Clients. I believe that understanding our past experiences helps us understand ourselves in the here-and-now. I believe that everyone has unique strengths and resources to help them heal and grow. I work to help Clients see and use those strengths and resources to feel more confident living their lives.

I care deeply about social justice. I believe that mental healthcare should be accessible to all.
