About My Clients
My experience includes working with couples, & individual adults who have struggled with infidelity, relationship strain, sexual issues, parenting, depression, anxiety, & more. In addition, I work with women & couples struggling with infertility, postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, traumatic birth recovery, & adjustment to parenthood.
My Background and Approach
With a degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, I approach cases from a systemic perspective because I believe we are all influenced by larger systems, such as our families, romantic partnerships, workplace, and community. To best meet the needs of clients, I integrate different therapeutic modalities, including EFT, Gottman method, EMDR, and CBT. I have additional education in treating those struggling with mental health during pregnancy and in the postpartum period and am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I have also completed additional training in treating those experiencing the heartbreaking journey of Infertility on their journey to parenthood. I completed the Internationally renowned Postgrad Study Program in Fertility through Covington & Hafkin, and had the opportunity to learn firsthand from pioneers in the field of Reproductive Counseling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I provide therapy services to clients of all backgrounds/ nationalities including those of the BIPOC community and marginalized identities. I strive to provide a welcoming space to everyone regardless of relationship structure, gender identity, or sexual identity and am an LGBTQ ally.
