I love working with clients who know they want change but aren’t sure where to begin. I integrate existential theory with DBT to help clients navigate both the practical and the deeply personal. This means we’ll work on emotional regulation and coping skills while also exploring the bigger questions—identity, purpose, relationships, and meaning. My style is grounded, curious, and reflective. I aim to create a space where you can safely examine your life, understand yourself more fully, and move toward alignment.
