About My Clients
Many of my clients have already spent years trying to understand themselves. They've read the books, listened to the podcasts, researched their symptoms, and maybe even been in therapy before. Understanding why you're anxious doesn't always stop the cycle. Sometimes the problem isn't a lack of insight. It's that your brain has become trapped in patterns of overthinking, reassurance-seeking, self-monitoring, perfectionism, or uncertainty.
My Background and Approach
Many of my clients are autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent. Whether you're formally diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring things out, therapy should work with your brain—not against it. I understand how OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, sensory differences, and rigidity can overlap, and I tailor treatment accordingly. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT), and incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) throughout my practice. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it shouldn’t be. I tailor our work to your brain, your values, and your pace. If you've felt like therapy hasn't worked before—or you've spent years understanding why you feel this way without knowing how to change it—let's try something different. Schedule a free consultation call to see if we’re a good match.
