I work with children, teenagers, college students, and adults. Whether you're working through a big life transition, struggling with anxiety and/or depression, experiencing a loss, or feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and confused, this space is meant for you. I hope to provide a renewed sense of hope that even though it feels dark and heavy now, it won't always be like this. I am passionate about walking with you along your journey of healing, whatever that may look like.
My Background and Approach
My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy and understanding. My first priority is ensuring you feel seen, heard, and understood in our time together. I believe that a strong and trusting relationship forms the foundation for lasting, meaningful connection and change. I utilize various different theories and techniques; however, I primarily pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution focussed/strengths based approaches. In our time together, you will learn new coping-skills and find a deeper understanding of yourself. Come as you are, and I cannot wait to be with you as you heal and grow.
