About My Clients

I work best with individuals who are navigating life transitions, identity exploration, anxiety, or past trauma. I especially enjoy working with young adults, women, and members of the Black community who are looking for a safe space to show up as their full selves. Whether you’re processing childhood wounds, managing stress, or simply trying to figure out what’s next, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion—offering an authentic space for you to feel seen, heard, and understood.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of West Florida and am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with the Florida Department of Health. My clinical experience includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. I use a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that honors your lived experience and values collaboration in the healing process. My work is grounded in cultural humility and a deep respect for each client’s unique story. I also integrate strengths-based and mindfulness practices to support your growth at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you're processing the past or working through present challenges, I strive to offer a safe, compassionate space where you feel supported, empowered, and seen. Healing can be hard—but you don’t have to do it alone.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a proud Black woman and mental health advocate, I’m committed to creating affirming, culturally responsive spaces where people feel safe to be their full selves. I support movements like Black Lives Matter and stand in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community. I believe that representation matters, and I strive to bring heart, humanity, and humility into every therapeutic relationship. I’m passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health, especially in communities of color, and creating space for people to feel seen and valued. Outside of therapy, I enjoy mentoring, volunteering, and finding joy in small, grounding moments of rest and creativity.
