Kenny works with adults who are ready to address trauma, anxiety, self-self-sabotaging behaviors, and performance issues. Are you genuinely curious about unhelpful patterns that seem to keep showing up in your life and relationships? Do you ask why you can't let things go, have trouble trusting others, suffer from analysis paralysis, keep putting other's needs first, feel bad about setting boundaries or communicating your needs, etc, etc?
My Background and Approach
Real change can only occur when you are genuinely curious about uncovering recurring patterns and are motivated to try out new strategies to break them. Treatment is collaborative and individualized. Kenny can provide EMDR and Hypnotherapy, along with other treatment modalities, as a structured or more fluid approach. Change is work, but it is very possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Kenny's style of therapy can be described as warm, nonjudgmental, with a blunt sense of humor. Validation, compassion, and encouragement are essential, sugarcoating reality is not. He feels that any relationship can be a model on how to trust, communicate, and connect – even the therapeutic relationship.
