Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missoula, MT

About My Clients

My ideal clients are individuals and couples who feel stuck between where they are and where they want to be. I help people navigate relationship challenges, communication patterns, self-confidence, life transitions, stress, and personal growth. Therapy with me is a space to explore your story, understand your patterns, and build healthier connections with yourself and others.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. My background includes behavioral health leadership, clinical supervision, crisis intervention, and direct therapy with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. At Paradox Souls Therapy, I use a collaborative and strengths-based approach tailored to each person’s unique story. I draw from approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Method, and Relational Life Therapy to help clients improve communication, understand patterns, build healthier relationships, and create meaningful change. Therapy is a partnership — my role is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, challenged, and empowered to grow.
