About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in the same patterns, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Many of my clients are navigating relationship anxiety, communication breakdowns, desire differences, sexual shame, infidelity, divorce, or big life transitions. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients, women and femmes, and people who want sex positive, nonjudgmental support.
My Background and Approach
I’m an intern therapist and sex therapist in training. My work is grounded in a systemic lens, meaning we look at patterns, roles, emotional cycles, and relationship dynamics, not just symptoms. I bring a warm, direct, and curious style to therapy, and I use humor thoughtfully to help clients feel more comfortable talking about hard things. I’m sex positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and kink aware, and I welcome all identities, bodies, and relationship structures. I support clients navigating intimacy concerns, desire differences, sexual shame, anxiety, relationship conflict, and life transitions. My goal is to create a shame free space where you feel respected, empowered, and supported in making changes that actually fit your real life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be collaborative, honest, and grounded in respect. I am sex positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and committed to body autonomy, consent culture, and harm reduction. I care deeply about social justice and how systems like racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, capitalism, and generational trauma shape stress, relationships, and mental health. I welcome conversations about identity, power, and lived experience, and I will never ask you to shrink yourself to be understood. My goal is to offer a space that feels safe, inclusive, and real explaining things clearly, supporting you without judgment, and helping you build the life and relationships you actually want.
