About My Clients
I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and couples who may be experiencing addiction, anxiety, or depression, and are struggling in their relationships as a result. I work from a trauma based approach. Therapy is a personal journey, and my role is to serve as a guide to help you feel comfortable and supported. You will feel confident in your abilities to conquer your struggles and be more equipped with tools and skills to promote healing.

My goal is to be compassionate, non-judgmental, and understanding in order to assist you in developing the skills you need to overcome the obstacles in your life. I am transparent in my approach and I believe this makes me a unique therapist. I also understand the anxiety in reaching out to a therapist, and I aim to ease these feelings by walking you through the therapeutic process and answering any questions you may have.
