About My Clients
I enjoy working with teenagers and adults, with a focus on using art therapy, mindfulness, and symbolic/ritual work to help clients reduce anxiety, cope with change, grow self love, and structure enriching and dynamic self care and internal exploration practices. This work happens through exploring childhood experiences and learning concrete coping skills.
My Background and Approach
An important element to my practice is in developing authentic and comfortable relationships with my clients. I want our work together to feel collaborative and enjoyable - even in the midst of having tough conversations or facing difficult feelings. Therapy is a safe space.
