About My Clients
Changing your relationship with anxiety and your inner critic isn’t always simple. Not everyone feels as if they have the tools to move into a more positive space with how you manage anxiety, stress, and life changes. Maybe you feel as if you want to talk to yourself with more kindness, compassion, and intention yet the relationship you have with yourself keeps creating mental roadblocks. I with assist empowering others to manage their anxiety and develop healthy relationships with themselves.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach adjusts according to what my client may want and need from our therapeutic relationship, that includes multiple modes of counseling including: Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Client Centered, and Solution-focused theories. My own journey in healing lead me to my career in counseling, I love that I get to help others grow and heal as well. I look forward to meeting you and beginning this journey together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of self-discovery, I believe it is never too late to start a new journey, I believe we are all worthy of healing. My practice is based in diversity, awareness, and inclusion for all. I welcome all clients of sexual orientations and gender identities.
