About My Clients
Finding your way and your voice is a journey. Each person and each journey is unique. My focus is on helping clients build the life they want. I specialize in emotional regulation including managing and improving symptoms of depression, anxiety and anger. I also address low self-esteem, co-dependency and building skills to live a full and satisfied life.
My Background and Approach
My approach is client centered. I focus on the areas identified by the client as needed for personal growth. I utilize a collaborative approach as no two clients are the same and require unique approaches.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all unique. Blending in is not a thing. You will lose yourself. Embracing all of who you are is so important. I celebrate life and love in all its forms.
