Everyone needs a toolbox that enables them to thrive and do life with confidence. My goal is for you to feel confident that you can handle life's challenges. This journey is a partnership and collaboration. Whether you're a wife or a single mother trying to find balance and peace; you can have what your heart desires. For the past 9 years, I have walked countless clients through their journey, the journey of connecting your mind, body, and spirit to launch you into your next.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone can change and grow. Sometimes, our past drama and trauma make this hard to believe, but there is no limit to your ability to heal and overcome; it just takes time and intention. One of the main reasons we develop anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues is that we have too many unhealthy and unhelpful behaviors, voices, and expectations that we have picked up along life's journey. So what does that mean? If you learned it, you could unlearn it! As a former teen parent and single mother, I learned how to survive, push through the pain and hide my emotions. After my own therapy and becoming a therapist, I unlearned these behaviors, changed my life, and now have the honor to help others do the same.
