About My Clients
I work with adults 18+ and couples from all walks of life, offering a judgment-free and inclusive space. My clients seek support with anxiety, depression, transitions, identity, and relationship concerns. I honor each person’s story and create a safe, collaborative environment where individuals and partners can explore challenges, strengthen insight, and move toward meaningful growth.
My Background and Approach
I hold a BA and MS in Psychology and am completing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. I use an integrative approach that adapts to each client’s needs, blending evidence-based tools with a warm, flexible style to support meaningful insight, healing, and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs are shaped by a spiritual foundation that centers on compassion, dignity, and care for others. These values influence how I show up in the therapy space, guiding me to listen deeply, honor each person’s story, and create an atmosphere of respect and openness. While my own background includes elements of Christian tradition, I keep my faith personal and never impose it in the therapeutic relationship. I fully affirm and welcome clients of all identities, belief systems, and lived experiences. My role is to support people in exploring whatever brings them meaning, grounding, or connection in their own lives. Whether someone’s perspective is spiritual, secular, questioning, or still unfolding, they are met with warmth, inclusivity, and acceptance.
