I know exactly what you're feeling: the pounding chest, the shortness of breath, the feeling that the walls are closing in and you need out NOW. My Background and Approach
At one time or another, most of us find that we need a genuine and compassionate advocate in our corner to help us handle times of stress or uncertainty or when we are faced with life’s most difficult challenges. Using a person-centered approach with authentic warmth, empathy, and humor Kendra creates an environment of connection and safety where clients feel supported, as they explore, reflect, and heal. Kendra Metcalf is a licensed professional counselor who graduated from Harding University in 2014 with a specialist degree in professional counseling. Kendra’s master level work focused on working with populations in higher education. During her professional career Kendra has worked with all different populations in several different settings including her faith based private practice, community mental health, and residential treatment facility.
