About My Clients

You are the one who "does it all," but the weight of modern adulthood or caregiving has left you running on empty. Whether you are navigating a major life transition or the daily complexities of neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, AuDHD), the burnout is real. I help high-functioning adults and caregivers move from survival mode to core resilience.

My Background and Approach

With nearly 20 years at New England’s premier psychiatric institutions, including Bradley Hospital and a role as a Teaching Associate for Brown University’s Department of Psychiatry, I bring deep clinical expertise to our work. My background in complex family dynamics and crisis intervention allows me to navigate challenging emotional landscapes with precision. Licensed in RI and MA, I offer a seasoned perspective rooted in evidence-based care. I specialize in partnering with adults, caregivers, and neurodivergent individuals (Autism, ADHD, AuDHD) who "do it all" while struggling to find a fulfilling balance. My approach goes beyond talk therapy; I focus on strategic energy management, psychological boundaries, and core resilience. Whether you face caregiving exhaustion or high-pressure burnout, we will build an individualized plan to move you from reactive survival to sustainable balance. You carry a profound weight—together, we will create the framework for you to start thriving.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves a space where their lived experience is truly seen and validated. Having spent two decades in high-acuity clinical settings, I value the profound courage it takes to ask for help when the world expects you to "have it all together." I am deeply committed to neuro-affirming care, advocating for the unique needs of Autistic and ADHD individuals in a world that often demands masking. I believe that mental health is inseparable from systemic advocacy; I stand firmly as an LGBTQ-affirming provider and support movements that champion equity and social justice. Beyond the office, my values are rooted in community and resilience. I advocate for caregiver support systems, recognizing the immense, often invisible labor involved in caring for others. I believe that boundaries are not just tools, but essential acts of self-preservation. My goal is to help you align your daily life with your deepest values so you can thrive.
