About My Clients

Feel like your own worst enemy? Like you're in a battle with yourself? One moment you think it's all your fault and the other moment you're like hey wait a minute this isn't my fault at all? Anxious about climate disaster, multiple overlapping political crises, emboldened white supremacists? I look forward to supporting you in finding your own peace so that you can show up in the world and in your relationships as the person you want to be.

My Background and Approach

I work with modalities that use somatic practices which help us understand the ways that our experiences show up in our bodies, minds, and relationships. This supports you in developing the tools, awareness and conviction to lead your healing and therapeutic process. I primarily use mindfulness and somatic based therapy models (Interpersonal Neurobiology, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Multidimensional Family Therapy) to guide our work together. My style is relational, which means I don’t just listen and nod - I share what I’m thinking and how I’m understanding what you share with me. I have worked in high schools, jails and prisons, sexual assault crisis centers, community agencies, and in private practice.
