About My Clients
I work with individuals who are navigating motherhood, anxiety, depression, stress, parenting, and meaningful life changes. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of themselves as they try to manage daily responsibilities while caring for others. Some are adjusting to new roles or identities, while others are carrying emotional weight. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to face it alone.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on supporting women through the emotional challenges and transitions that arise across different stages of life. My background has allowed me to work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, stress, burnout, parenting challenges, and major transitions such as motherhood, relationship changes, or career shifts. Therapy provides a space to slow down, explore these influences, and reconnect with with your own needs, values, and strengths. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my sessions to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns.CBT helps bring awareness to these patterns and offers practical strategies to challenge negative thinking and develop more balanced, supportive ways of responding. In addition to CBT, I integrate mindfulness techniques to support emotional awareness, grounding, and stress reduction.
