About My Clients
Are you the one everyone relies on—the caregiver, the high achiever, the one who keeps it all together? Deep down, you might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or burdened by unspoken expectations. Whether you're facing a life transition, healing from trauma, or seeking a deeper connection to yourself, therapy can help. I understand how cultural norms, gender expectations, and internalized beliefs shape how we move through the world.
My Background and Approach
My approach is about helping you reconnect with your Self and creating a more caring relationship with the parts of you that have learned to protect, perform, or survive. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, attachment theory, and relational work to support lasting healing and change. Together, we’ll create a space where all parts of you are welcome — and where growth feels possible, grounded, and truly your own.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where all parts of you—your identities, lived experiences, and protective strategies—are honored. Healing isn’t just about symptom relief; it’s about reclaiming your wholeness and living with greater authenticity and self-trust. I practice from a liberation-focused lens, which acknowledges how systems of oppression—like racism, inequality, and intergenerational trauma—shape mental health. You deserve to feel seen, supported, and empowered in your healing journey.
