My Background and Approach
With a background in Gestalt, trauma-informed care, and prenatal counseling, I treat individuals and couples in a private practice setting where I incorporate and integrate various modalities, along with somatic techniques, parts work, EMDR, resourcing, mindfulness, and transpersonal psychology.
